LIBERTY--The master-planned community of your dreams

Liberty is clearly for those who relish the idea of life in small town America, with the big city at arm's length.  Across the serene, natural setting, a select group of the finest homesbuilders will create residences that range from traditional single-family designs to neo-traditional styles, with architectural details that fondly evoke the past, like front porches that encourage conversations between neighbors.  Overlooking the entry lake is a charming gazebo, while the exclusive amenity center boasts an adult pool, toddler pool, tot lot, playground and soccer field and future basketball court.

The real beauty of Liberty is its sequestered pastoral setting in Melissa.  Yet with a location just east of Highway 75 off of State Highway 121 (exit 45), Liberty is near the business, shopping and entertainment centers of the Metroplex.  Liberty.  It's life the way it should be.  Relaxed, uncomplicated.  It's something you really can't fully appreciate until you live it.  And it's waiting for you.

Children will reap the benefits of a first-class education in the Melissa ISD, as well as on-site elementary school.  Centrally located within the neighborhood, this beautiful school was named after our own American hero.

HOMEOWNER'S ASSOCIATION

The Liberty Homeowner's Association (HOA) is a non-profit corporation that exists to help to preserve property values through architechtural controls, design guidelines and deed restrictions.  Additionally, the HOA provides for the maintenance of common areas and community facilities through collection of association dues.  Specifically, at Liberty, dues will pay for the maintenance of the private swim club, which is available only to Liberty residents. Dues are $465/year, billed semi-annually.  An initiation fee of $250 is payable upon closing of the home.  The HOA is managed by Premier Communities Management and any questions concerning the HOA should be addressed to them.

City of Melissa

Melissa is a growing community with an aggressive municipal plan to preserve the city?s heritage and provide citizens with a comprehensive vision to develop its future.

Located north of Dallas in Collin County, Melissa is small-town America with quaint shops, quiet neighborhoods, great schools and rolling landscapes that exemplify its relaxed atmosphere.

It is also a community that is meticulously preparing for expectant growth as The Villages of Melissa Town Center broke ground in 2005 providing a new home for the City Hall and other City of Melissa offices.

The Villages of Melissa Town Center is a beautifully planned mixed-use development reminiscent of historic Texas town squares. Residents will enjoy convenient access to numerous municipal offices, community open spaces and neighborhood retail centers.

Melissa is conveniently surrounded by major traffic corridors; Highway 75 and Highway 5 provide access south to Dallas and north to Oklahoma and State Highway 121, which runs northeast and southwest, offers access south to the Dallas North Tollway and Dallas/ Ft. Worth International Airport.1
